All accessories and lifestyle products including hats, jewelry, wristbands, stickers, mugs, planners, pens, notebooks, and affirmation cards β are final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us at info@chariserichardson.com within 7 days of delivery. Weβll be happy to help you resolve the issue or issue a store credit where applicable.
