Our 14-Day Worry-Free Policy

We want you to have the best possible experience with us! By making a purchase, you agree to the return policy outlined below.

All accessories and lifestyle products including hats, jewelry, wristbands, stickers, mugs, planners, pens, notebooks, and affirmation cards β€” are final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us at info@chariserichardson.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to help you resolve the issue or issue a store credit where applicable.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags.
